In connection to the web query received and the conversation we had, please find details on the recently introduced Payment Plan of Emerald Bay located in sector – 104, Gurgaon. We are attaching details like the payment plan, the layout plan, the site layout, the location plan and the calculation sheets of the available apartments in Emerald Bay for your reference:  



Basic Sale Price & other charges
1.       Basic Sale price - Rs. 7400sq ft
2.       Development Charges – Rs. 465/- sq ft
3.       Covered Car parking – Rs. 4.50 lakhs each
4.       Club Furnishing Charges – Rs. 3.50 lakhs
5.       IFMS – Rs. 50 sq ft  

Payment Plan
1.       Booking amount – Rs. 5 lakhs for 2 BR and Rs. 7.50 lakhs for 3 BR
2.       10 % of the total sale consideration in 45 days less booking amount
3.       10% of the total sale consideration in 90 days
4.       75% of the total sale consideration on application of the Occupation Certificate
